Jim Penn

Penn Taxidermy was established in 1898 by Jim's grandfather Dave Penn.  Jim's father, Jims Penn Sr. joined the business in 1927 and Jim himself was added to the team in 1954.  Penn Taxidermy grew into the largest taxidermy operation in Western Canada under Jim's guidance until the business changed hands in 1979.

Jim Penn has been the Head Instructor of the Penn School of Taxidermy since 1965.

Mark Zimmermann

Mark successfully operated a full time taxidermy shop in Grande Prairie for 14 years before purchasing Select Taxidermy Products and the Penn School of Taxidermy in November 2000.

Also acting as Co-Instructor for the Penn School of Taxidermy Mark utilizes his vast experience in altering and sculpting forms as well as the latest in taxidermy techniques.

Mark is also a proud member of the Alberta and Canadian Taxidermy Associations.
